Girls on the Run Memphis

Girls on the Run(r) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designed to enhance participants' social, emotional and physical skills to successfully navigate life experiences. Our fun, interactive lessons meet the unique needs of participants of all abilities and backgrounds.

We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.

We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

Girls on the Run Memphis is a council of Girls on the Run International, proudly serving Memphis and the Mid South. Since our council’s inception, we have unlocked the power and potential of our participants and made a lasting impact on our community through participant-led service projects.
