We envision a healthy and vibrant Wellness Center where people gain the knowledge and desire to learn healthy behavior, manage chronic diseases and improve their lives and the lives of their families and fellow community members.
MISSION
To inspire healthy behavior by providing culturally accessible and engaging programs including diabetes maintenance and prevention, nutrition and healthy eating, weight loss, physical activity, dental care and life skills for all people, including those with chronic disease.VISION
