Valley Oak Children's Services

Valley Oak Children’s Services (VOCS) is a private non-profit assisting thousands of Butte County families with their child care needs.  Our purpose is “To advocate, create, expand and improve early care and education services for all children and families.  To enhance parent/caregiver–child interactions in family and child care settings and to provide advocacy, information and support that promotes healthy child development and family functioning.”
