Atlas Relief and Development International (ARDI) is an international development organization working to support and strengthen civil society in conflict zones by providing the knowledge, skills and resources for civilians to actively shape and participate in a peaceful and democratic future. ARDI specializes in supporting civilians affected by the conflict in Syria.

ARDI focuses on a range of development and social-impact projects within Syria including: women's empowerment, capacity building and training, technical research, in-depth research, and the amplification of minority voices. Organization and project funding comes from US, Canadian and European donor governments.

We are a small and growing organization and we seek to expand our team with professionals who are adept at ‘building the plane as they fly’ and thrive making order from chaos.
