They co-create spaces to seed solidarity with justice movements and storytellers. And they grow the capacity of the grassroots to make their voices heard. By rallying allies worldwide to envision alternative foodways, AGC offers a way to imagine different futures. A Growing Culture is building a participatory, co-owned model of operational excellence, where the value and quality of the organization’s work is reflected in program impact, financial integrity, governance effectiveness, staff fulfillment and wellbeing.
