Cultured Pearls Empowerment Group for Girls

The mission of Cultured Pearls Empowerment Group for Girls is to promote self awareness, increase self confidence and esteem, promote higher education and increase sexual education and awareness within the community of African American girls.

Cultured Pearls Empowerment Group for Girls will accomplish these goals, change the lives of young girls, and fashion young girls who will change the world with:

• Educational workshops/activities
• Support groups
• Tutoring

Mentoring

Cultured Pearls Empowerment Group for Girls intends to not only educate and empower young girls, but also the women in their lives (i.e., mothers, grandmother, maternal role model), for we believe that true and long lasting change comes first from the home and spreads abroad. It is with this initiative and desire that participants of the organization shall have complete parental involvement as a condition of their membership.
