Psios foundation mission statement: Psios foundation’s mission is to improve human relation through educational and cultural exchange. We are investing in our youth so they help lead a better future while creatively resolving homelessness in our community.

How is Psios foundation organized? Psios foundation was formed as a California non-profit corporation in 2007. Psios foundation has applied for tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service and the California Franchise Tax Board and is awaiting decisions from both entities. Psios foundation has a Board of Directors, an Executive Committee drawn from the Board of Directors and members, as well as advisory committee, drawn from the Executive Committee and invited industry leaders.

What are Psios foundation projects? Exchange with us is an educational and cultural exchange program for youth. We bring an added value by teaching youth about leadership, nature, survival, culture, humanity, volunteering, and giving back. Students are also exposed to other exchange opportunities. Homeless haven is a transitional program that is devoted to transitioning a homeless person to a normal life. The program features medical, psychiatric care, skill training and a mentor system.
