Our mission is to build a global community that helps to reduce human resource inequities in mental health by supporting and promoting the professional development of the mental health workforce worldwide. Our main objectives are (1) to create and benefit a community of people committed to promoting mental health and well-being around the world and redressing the inequities of mental health worker distribution globally and (2) to provide an opportunity for people who share this commitment to communicate, collaborate, and develop research and policy interventions that lead to adequate distribution of mental health care providers and mental health services around the world.
