It is a comprehensive, health care delivery program that provides services such as, (skilled nursing, home health aides, personal care aides, social work assistance, physical therapy, occupational therapy, IV therapy, and wound care) to the Charleston Sea Islands and surrounding communities. Adult Day Care,
an In-Home Hospice,
Durable Medical Equipment and
Care at Home unit.
