Organized in 1929, the Long Beach Playhouse is a cultural landmark in the City of Long Beach. The Playhouse produces 16 plays annually on our Mainstage and Studio Theatres with an annual attendance of 34,000 people. The Playhouse has received numerous awards and acclaim throughout Southern California and nationally for having maintained a consistent history of theatrical excellence!
