About us: FASPEM is based out of the beautiful beach town of Manta, Manabi. For 8 years we have been working mainly at the community level with local (Ecuadorian) institutions to improve the livelihood of the most vulnerable populations in Manabi, one of the largest, yet unequal provinces in Ecuador. For years, we have depended on national institutions and local donations to work for the sustainable development in Manabi and are now need a strategy to seek funding from foreign funding institutions in Europe and North America.
