Rescue of Chained K-9s

The purposes and objectives of the organization are to perform the following educational and charitable activities as follows:

Provide assistance to abused, neglected or abandoned animals;

Provide a fenced area for the chained dogs;

Promote animal welfare and educate to the public on the proper care of animals, particularly dogs, including education on spay/neuter programs and their benefits;

Provide spay/neuter not only to the chained dogs but all animals on the property;

Promote animal welfare and educate the public on why tethering/chaining a dog is an inhumane and archaic practice;

Improve the lives and welfare of dogs in the surrounding community.
