The Talent Machine Company transforms the lives of young people through the power of musical theater, enhancing performance skills, confidence, empathy and resilience for a lifetime of success–on stage and beyond.

The Talent Machine Company is a long-standing 501(c)(3) nonprofit children’s musical theater organization based in Annapolis, Maryland. For decades, we have empowered kids and teens through high-quality, high-energy musical productions that build confidence, teamwork, resilience, and joy. We produce multiple musicals each year — including summer youth and teen shows, a spring show in partnership with The Penguin Project (which provides inclusive performance opportunities for young people with disabilities), and a beloved annual holiday production. Through exceptional theater experiences, supportive community, and creative expression, The Talent Machine Company transforms lives on stage and beyond.
