Mission: The American Heart Association is a national voluntary health organization whose mission is build healthier lives free of cardiovascular diseases and stroke. The AHA achieves its mission through fundraising for cardiovascular education and community programs, research and advocacy.
The Great Rivers Affiliate is comprised of, and has offices in, five states: OH, KY, WV, PA, & DE. Our main affiliate office is located in Columbus, OH at 5455 North High Street. 43214
