Truth Pharm takes an artistic approach to raise awareness, reduce stigma, educate the public and advocate for policy change to reduce the harms of substance use.

Truth Pharm is a grassroots and growing organization. Over 90% of our staff, volunteers and Board Members are directly impacted people. Our goals include serving people impacted, while advocating for policy changes that reduce the need for our services.

Truth Pharm is a nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing overdose deaths, improving the health and well-being of people who use drugs, and creating systems rooted in dignity, compassion, and evidence. We believe people who use drugs deserve respect, quality healthcare, stable housing, and the opportunity to define their own goals.
