Community and Economic Development Corporation, Inc., is to be a faith-based community development corporation that will identify needs within low income households and empower them in ways that will help them improve the quality of their lives and their children's lives, including providing 1-800 hotline assistance and counseling to victims of domestic violence and their families and providing business ownership training to disadvantaged communities.
