- a place where families of every configuration find welcome and support for the raising of children, as well as strength and encouragement for sustaining covenant relationships
- a place where people new to the city or young in their careers find fellowship and a place to be nurtured in their faith
- a church committed to humbly but passionately engaging issues of justice including hunger, homelessness, LGBT full inclusion, and leveling educational opportunity
