To enhance the lives of others through the rehabilitation and training animals for community service work.

Caretta Scott has been rescuing, rehabilitating and training animals for over 20 years. She noticed that there is a growing need for an organization that focuses on rehabilitating, socializing and training animals in animal control/shelter/kennel environments so they can be properly placed in permanent, loving homes. She also noticed a need for more proactive measures to assist and educate people so there are less animals in these facilities overall. Pineapple Locs Inc was created to fulfill the mission of enhancing the lives of others through the rehabilitation and training of animals for community service work.

Here at Pineapple Locs Inc we work with animal control, shelters and rescues to rehabilitate and train animals to prepare them to find permanent and loving homes. We mentor children, teens and young adults through our Jr. Animal Handlers program. We host community events and classes to spread awareness of companion animal care and communication. We provide community outreach events to assist and educate by providing free health screenings, care supplies and free rehab/training classes on site.

Pineapple Locs Inc provides K-9 training services to the community to promote healthy human/animal relationships. We also provide proactive measures for animal caretakers to assist them in caring for their companion animal.

Pineapple Locs Inc makes sure that every animal that comes through our doors passes our rehabilitation/training programs and is ready to be Canine Good Citizen certified upon adoption/ completing courses!
