Vision Statement To be known and welcomed as a leader and partner in the delivery of life-changing experiences for children, youth and families in all of our communities. Values Statement We will continue to be guided by our rich history as a values-based, mission-driven organization focusing on character development and inclusion with an emphasis on respect, responsibility, honesty and caring in all we do.

Our programs are run by caring, experienced staff and volunteers with focus on youth development principles: safety, relationship building, skill building, community involvement, and meaningful youth participation.
