UPAVIM Crafts is a Fair Trade Guatemalan women's cooperative that enables women to pull themselves out of poverty and provide for their families. Sales of their hand-crafted products supports many community programs.
The mission of UPAVIM is to empower the women in the community. The hope is to enable Guatemalan women to improve the quality of life for themselves and their families by providing access to education and employment opportunities, health and child care services, and personal and professional developmental programs.
UPAVIM Crafts has offices both in Guatemala and Colorado.
