Pawsability Dog Club

Pawsability Dog Club’s mission is to “empower the autistic and neurodivergent community with innovative vocational training and holistic career support services.”

We fulfill this mission by tackling the profound employment gap facing this community. Our solution is an innovative, non-profit dog daycare and grooming facility in Bushwick, Brooklyn, which operates as a real-world vocational training center. In this hands-on environment, participants receive individualized support to gain the tangible skills and self-confidence needed to thrive in the workforce. We bridge the critical gap between education and employment, empowering our participants to build sustainable careers in the pet care industry and enriching the lives of their families.
