Prosecutor Impact

Prosecutor Impact is a nonprofit organization that works to reorient and retrain prosecutors while helping them deepen their connections to the communities in which they serve. Across the country prosecutors are exercising their power and responsibility to take a more innovative, proactive, and cost‐effective approach to their work. At the same time, the District and City Attorneys offices where prosecutors work are often defined by decades of ingrained cultural and institutional barriers to change. Redefining what it means to be a successful prosecutor and helping offices to encourage and support such a shift, requires new tools, new skills, and a more holistic approach to community safety. Prosecutor Impact exists to address this need.
