Los Angeles County Bar Association Dispute Resolution Services

DRS (Dispute Resolution Services) is a nonprofit dispute resolution pioneer founded 28 years ago by the Los Angeles County Bar Association. It provides community and youth peer mediation and conflict resolution (CR) services, and a range of training and education programs throughout Los Angeles County. Our mission is to create a more peaceful, civil community by offering constructive, less adversarial means to address and resolve disputes, and by teaching children and youth positive communication and conflict management skills. We serve local residents through community-based sites and students on school campuses. DRS also offers mediation training courses as well as a variety of trainings on CR-related topics that can be tailored to the needs of specific groups.
