Assured Heart Foundation is a community-based nonprofit organization located in Dallas, Texas, committed to improving the lives of vulnerable and historically underserved populations. Since our founding, we have worked to bridge the gaps in food access, mental health support, and health education by providing comprehensive, people-centered services.
Our flagship initiative, Nourish & Restore, reclaims surplus food and distributes it through mobile routes and community pantries to families facing food insecurity. We also provide mental health support services, HIV awareness and prevention education, and case management for individuals facing chronic illness, housing instability, and social isolation.
At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to equity, dignity, and long-term community wellness. Through strategic partnerships, volunteer engagement, and grassroots outreach, Assured Heart Foundation strives to create a healthier, more just future for all — one family, one meal, and one connection at a time.
