At Health Reach, our mission is to provide compassionate, sensitive care to people experiencing homelessness in Rochester, New York, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. We provide medical, mental health and dental care to our patients at our clinic, on the streets of Rochester, and in shelters throughout the city.

Regional Health Reach believes that not having a home shouldn't mean not having good healthcare. Our vision is to eliminate healthcare disparities for the unhoused. And our work goes beyond health care. We partner with FoodLink to provide over 70 meals a day to anyone that's hungry. This compassion bring people in to see us. We often have new patients come to work with us "because I heard you were nice."
