Who we are:

• We are the Philadelphia Community Improvement Network- a non-for-profit (Pending) Philadelphia community development & human service organization.

What do we do?

• We work to create a positive change in Philadelphia through a variety of services such as tutoring, job skills, leadership training, and prevention programs.

Who do we do it with?

• Currently, PCIN partners with community leaders who are working to promote positivity and education in their areas, and provides them the opportunity and resources to create a long-lasting, widespread impact.

How do we get it done?

• Along with personnel, PCIN provides leadership training and logistical planning for Community Volunteers. We also strive to cultivate strong, lasting corporate-community partnership that enable local businesses to give back to their supporters, and empowers community members with a stake in the businesses that they support.

Core Philosophy:

• Our organization is built on our mission and purpose and provides a space for our team to continually pursue knowledge and learn, as well as to provide a razor sharp focus on our client’s growth which is essential, and the only way to succeed.

Where do we do what we do?

• PCIN works in the Greater Philadelphia Community and currently boasts staff representing the North, South, Southwest, Center City and sections of Philadelphia.
