Foster America

Foster America is a nonprofit startup that aims to improve the lives of our nation’s most vulnerable children: those in foster care or at risk of abuse or neglect, who are served by the child welfare system. We recruit talented professionals from the business, technology, health, and education sectors, and place them in high-impact fellowship roles in government child welfare agencies, where they lead major system reform projects. In January 2018, Foster America launched its second cohort of fellows in a total of nine agencies nationwide.
