Our mission is to empower women and their families by providing resources that will help them develop necessary skills to become engaged community participants.

Our two-fold programming includes a community food pantry and youth mentoring. Our food pantry operates weekly offering fresh, produce, bread, dry and canned goods, feeding over 1000 families monthly. Leveraging donations and volunteers from United Way, Food Bank for New York City and Social Services Emergency Food Assistance Program, we distribute over 25,000 pounds of food annually. Our pathways for young leaders programming offers free weekly classes during the school year to children within the greater New York City community, allowing them to build the skills and confidence to navigate adolescence in a 21st century urban neighborhood by mentoring, counseling, and advising in areas of cultural enrichment, violence prevention, the establishment of healthy lifestyles & relationships, closing the digital gender gap, financial literacy, and etiquette & social skills.
