Relay Graduate School of Education (Louisiana Campus)

Relay GSE is an independent, non-profit, fully accredited graduate school of education. We focus on two things: preparing great teachers for urban, high-need classrooms and preparing great leaders for urban, high-need schools. Relay is innovative in their approach of learn, practice, perform, transform.

The Relay Teaching Residency provides the opportunity for aspiring teachers to learn what it means to be a teacher by internalizing the knowledge, skills, and mindsets required to advance student growth and achievement. Relay partners with select schools, districts, and networks, designed for recent college graduates and career changers who are willing to commit the time to learn the craft of teaching.

With a drive to diversify the teaching profession, Relay recruits future teachers who share backgrounds with the students we serve. Relay has 16 campuses across the country, preparing over 5,000 teachers to serve over 400,000 pre-K through 12th grade students. Relay is dedicated to making an impact now and on the next generation.
