Sturgeon City

Sturgeon City is a leader among civic and environmental educational organizations with goals to improve the quality of life through educational enrichment activities, to provide a sustainable restoration model, and to promote economic development through biotechnology. This program will instill an appreciation for community and the environment to nurture stewardship. Conseration projects are used as a vehicle to deliver curriculm enrichment in math and science for elementary, middle and high school.

To make Sturgeon City the model to inspire youth leadership development, civic involvement, habitat restoration, environmental education and stewardship of the New River and coastal wetlands.
