The mission of STEMpire: Empowering Young Women in STEM as a youth-led nonprofit is to provide further science, math, technology, and engineering resources and education to high school girls, specifically in underserved communities in southern Indiana. We aim to lessen the gender gap and socioeconomic disparities in STEM fields and higher education institutions by forming a network of women to uplift one another, giving girls the resources they need to achieve the futures they deserve.
