GCN supports "Giving Circles", a new form of grassroots philanthropy whereby individuals through social engagements pool their time, talents and treasures as well as engage in shared decisionmaking and giving to improve their communities and causes of interest. There are more than 400 Giving Circles nationwide having raised nearly $88M since the year 2000. GCN helps Giving Circles to network, leverage resources and enhance the quality and impact of their giving.
