R.E.E.s. RARE EARTH ELEMENTS ‘ Terre Rare was born just an year ago from young people living in MINTURNO, a town placed in the south of Italy.
We act at different levels, our motto is “think globally act locally”!

Our aims :
To spread the concept of sustainability, supporting a local sustainable development;
To realize actions oriented to sensitize, inform and educate younger generations towards the themes of renewable energies, critical consumption (0Km, bioogic, fair trade, etc.) and self-organization;
To promote and to support the feeling of respect and love for the land and to the local community .

We act to educate through experience so to create:
– a sustainable development culture
– social responsibility toward respect for the environment and the nature
– a natural and healthy life style
– a support to personal development :coaching/training

MOBILITY PROJECTS

R.E.E.s. acts and brings on projects in the field of European Programmes Youth in Action and LLP. Promotes youth mobility and new opportunities creation for youngsters with specific attention to rural or disadvantages areas.
We already participated in several YIA projects and we are always looking for trustable, long-term partnerships!

LOCAL PROJECTS

SUSTAINABILITY WORKSHOPS
This is one of our local project we are bringing on. It consists in bringing on different thematic workshops to involve, to inform and to educate young generations about the themes of waste cycle, eco-sustainable production and Do It Yourself, energy saving dynamics, biological agriculture, contact with the ground and the nature.
We are planning in the period of Carnival to bring on a workshop for young people and children about clothes self-production through recycled materials.

WORK IN PROGRESS – DIY (Do it yourself) UNIVERSITY

Teaching self production, from furtniture to natural cosmetics, from home made jams to vertical gardens, from photography to self education dynamics!

SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY
BAZAR “Exchange and invent”: the educative market .
CRITICAL CONSUMPTION. Eco life style: the power of the customers. Cycle of thematic movies.

ORGANIZATIONS PEER TO PEERS!
This is an innovative project in which R.E.E.s. wants to involve the biggest number of no-profit organizations at local and European level. We want to create a net between no-profit organizations’ workers to allow them in communicating, exchanging contacts and projects, advices and best practices.
