 Whitney M. Young, Jr. Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center in the Capital Region of New York who's mission is to provide access to consistent quality healthcare without regard to income. Our vision is to be a community leader, committed to delivering dependable, compassionate, high quality health care that enhances the well-being of our diverse and changing communities. By partnering with our patients, drawing on our expertise and collaborating with other community resources, we promote and support our patients’ efforts to achieve optimal health goals.

Our medical services include primary care, ophthalmology/optometry, podiatry, women's health, pediatrics, and more. We offer state of the art dentistry, WIC services, school-based health, mobile health and more. In addition, our behavioral health services include care coordination, community prevention and treatment services for HIV /HEP C and other sexually transmitted diseases, addiction treatment services, mental health counseling, and a collaborative care model.
