Phoenix Therapeutic Foundation is a non-profit organization which provides comprehensive mental health evaluation and treatment services to children, youth and adults in Baltimore City, the metropolitan area and the surrounding counties. We seek to reduce barriers to the access of mental health services by taking a committed and active approach to the identification of clients in need, and providing the highest quality assessment and treatment to them. We use a multifaceted approach to client centered treatment which includes individualized services based on comprehensive assessment helping the client recognize barriers and set goals. Individual, group, family and substance abuse counseling services are provided.
