Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home

Visiting Nurse provides compassionate care to alleviate suffering and ensure quality of life for those affected by serious illness. We provide home health, palliative care, hospice care and grief support in an eight-county region of northeast Indiana. We care for those who go on living as well. Our grief services are available at no charge to anyone who has experienced the loss of a loved one. Hospice involvement is not required.
