Spring into Bed is a day of action and celebration, building our just and thriving local food system. This event is organized by the Just Garden Project and fiscally sponsored by Seattle Tilth
On Saturday, May 14, 2011, over 500 volunteers will work together in 30+ food gardens throughout King County. We will map and tally all the square feet gardened that day to measure our accomplishment.
Leading up to and on May 14th, the Just Garden Project will also be building 30 free organic food gardens for low-income families and communities throughout King County.
We are seeking volunteers, financial support, and sites that need volunteers.
