Victim Service (NEVS) is the independent non-profit agency committed to
assisting the victims of violent crime in our community. We collaborate with the District Attorney’s
Office and the Philadelphia Police Department’s Northeast Division covering the
2nd, 7th, 8th, and 15th police districts.
We have been serving the people of Northeast
Philadelphia since 1992.
