CoGenerate, previously known as Encore.org, brings older and younger changemakers together to solve problems, bridge divides, and co-create the future.

One of our programs, the Encore Fellowships Program, brings a unique source of talent to the social sector. The program matches skilled, seasoned professionals to high impact, paid engagements, including projects, interim roles, or test-runs of permanent leadership positions, for 1000 hours, at social-purpose organizations. Host organizations reap the powerful benefits of experienced professionals at a fraction of market rates. Fellows seeking to transition to social purpose work learn about the sector and develop contacts and resources for the future. Over 2000 Encore Fellows have given their time and talent to organizations across the country, contributing close to 2 million hours of service and an estimated $200 million in talent.
