Victory Afghanistan

Victory Afghanistan is a US-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Afghan girls and women through free online education and mentorship. Founded in 2023 by four Afghan women from around the world, our mission is to educate, mentor, and prepare students to pursue international high school and university education, apply for scholarships, and access remote career opportunities.

We offer six levels of English instruction and a four-semester mentoring program, serving over 500 English students and 46 mentees, supported by 88 volunteer teachers and mentors across 24 countries. Our programs are delivered entirely online, reaching students in 20 Afghan provinces as well as refugee communities in Iran and Pakistan. All programs are free, and 90% of students access them via smartphones.

Our mentoring program acts as a finishing school for future leaders, focusing on skills like résumé building, scholarship applications, and professional development. We also provide IELTS preparation, guidance counseling, and virtual internships with international firms.

Victory Afghanistan operates with a global support team and collaborates with partners such as Pearson, Duolingo, and Living Wisdom International School to expand educational access and career pathways.
