Brant Community Healthcare System Foundation

In response to a growing need for additional funding to support the hospital, The Brantford General Hospital Foundation was formed in 1977. The Willett Hospital Foundation was established in 1985 specifically to raise funds to support The Willett Hospital. These two organizations combined on April 1, 2010 to raise funds to enhance the quality of health care at the Brant Community Healthcare System.

Thanks to the generous support from our thousands of donors, we raised more than $2.2 million last year to help to enable the best possible care using state-of-the-art equipment. Through this generosity, we invested $1,411,410 million in essential patient equipment, innovative technology and valued resources this year! We were able to purchase patient equipment for many areas of excellence at the BCHS to provide resources for patient-centred care. Over the past 12 years, the BCHS Foundation has granted more than $21.4 million to the BCHS for capital and patient equipment.
