Encompass Community Services believes that volunteers are valuable resources for achieving its mission and meeting community needs. The purpose of the Volunteer Program at Encompass is to support our outstanding, hard-working staff through the use of ongoing, high-value volunteers. We value our volunteers' time, effort, and investment in Encompass, as they work toward the agency's goals and mission. The Volunteer Program strives to create an environment conducive to volunteerism for staff and volunteers. Encompass welcomes volunteers in a variety of roles, including activities that directly support our employees, leadership positions and client services.
