Generation Change

Generation Change is ready to empower every millennial and Gen Z (and whomever comes next) to dig in, take matters into their own hands, and make positive change. We have some different ideas about how this can happen:

• Fundraising should be fun. And probably less complicated.
• Rising generations have a lot things right. They're valuable, motivated, and capable of producing positive change.
• A lot of people with little cash are as impactful as a few people with a lot of cash
• Volunteer experiences should be valuable to the volunteer
• Grassroots efforts are critical. Anyone can create a volunteer service project or fill a need in their community.
• It’s way past time to cut the power on the message that says millennials are entitled, unable, unfocused, and apathetic.
