Open Minds is non-profit, a non-governmental organisation that operates at the local level, formed by private initiatives in Uganda aiming at enhancing equality across the society in all streams - health care, environment, Free & quality education, access to technology Etc. In the last 3years, Open Minds Has improved, inspired and as well as creating positive thinking among the community members through it's free Regular trainings and Internet access.
