Well Rooted

Well Rooted exists to support, nurture and empower young adults and families entering, exiting or existing in the foster system by walking alongside them and connecting them to the relationships and resources they need to thrive.

Well Rooted serves Foster & Reunifying Families and Young Adults Aging Out. They serve families by partnering them with a support volunteer to bring meals and offer overall general support for a period of 2-4 weeks during a time of transition.

They partner Young Adults with a mentor for the period of one year. Mentoring a young adult means getting to know them, being a consistent connection and encouraging and guiding them as they navigate this new phase of independence and planning their future.
