To ensure individuals with developmental disabilities in the City of St. Louis have quality services, choices and full inclusion.

The St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources is a publicly funded agency that distributes funds to service providers for community-based services to persons who are developmentally disabled and desire to remain in their homes and community. There are also four in-house programs that provide services to St. Louis residents with developmental disabilities. Project CaseFind is an outreach effort to identify individuals who may qualify for services. Project CaseFind Coordinators will act as a short- term case managers to assist individuals with support services while they are getting enrolled into the St. Louis Regional Office. Targeted Case Management is an ongoing service that provides long-term support to individuals with developmental disabilities. The Educational Coach Program assists parents and teachers to ensure children who are disabled receive quality education. Horizon Club is a 24-hour drop-in center that offers services to people without homes. Staff at the center successfully identifies individuals with developmental and other disabilities to connect them with available services. Individuals who wish to obtain membership at the Horizon Club are required to work on a plan with an agency and case manager to end their homelessness.
