Youth Directions

Youth Directions is a small non-profit, based in Golden. We have an office space and a newly designed and renovated Youth Success Lab space. All our employees and volunteers are 100% committed to excellence and success in our field. Youth Directions believes that each person has a unique purpose, passion and direction, that when uncovered and understood, leads to an unlimited source of positive motivation to succeed in school, work, and life. Youth Directions emphasizes the potential of youth, opening up the way for their achievement within society.

Youth Directions provides in-depth and strategic coaching that empowers youth to find their unique and positive life purpose. More than a simple test or quiz, Youth Directions takes youth through a process of self discovery that leads to recognition of their life’s passions and unique purpose. In a unique six-step consultative process with a qualified coach, Youth Directions helps adolescents find, set, and achieve long-term goals based on their personal passions and unique, positive purpose.

To date, Youth Directions has coached hundreds of teenagers to identify successful futures that are unique to them — futures with potentials beyond their wildest imaginations.
