Tulsa Legacy Charter School (TLCS) is an arts-infused public school serving Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade students. Since opening in 2012, TLCS has shown outstanding academic achievement and is one of the top performing schools in Tulsa Public School district. TLCS serves a diverse population of students where 98% qualify for free and reduced-price lunch and 25% receive Special Education services across two campuses: TLCS Primary Academy for Pre-Kindergarten to 3rd grade and TLCS Upper Academy for 4th grade to 8th grade. TLCS is one of the largest charter schools in Tulsa educating 580 scholars across two campuses.
