Access TLC Foundation

Access TLC Foundation was founded in 1996 to provide financial support to individuals receiving end-of-lie hospice care, who have low income and require services that are not covered by the Medicare hospice program. Such services may include assistance with burial and cremation costs, caregivers and payment for medications and supplies that are beyond the scope of hospice provision. In addition, the Foundation provides education to the community and continuing education for medical staff with the emphasis on hospice care.
