Reach Out

Reach Out West End (Reach Out) is a nonprofit, community-based organization founded in Ontario in 1969 by community leaders concerned about the explosion of drug abuse among local youth. The agency's 45-year mission has been to prevent youth development in the western communities of San Bernardino County. In attaining this mission, Reach Out focuses on strategies that build community and civic responsibility.

Reach Out works in collaboration with numerous other agencies, school districts and policy makers and has long taken a leadership role in partnership efforts throughout the County, education teens, parents and community members about the vital need to maintain healthy lifestyles. In the past 5 years alone, Reach Out has provided educational materials, classes and services to more than 40,000 children, teens and adults.
